After two busy days that I couldn't find time or energy to run, got out for 10K this evening in nice Spring weather.
If you're not living on the edge, you're taking up too much room.

I ran 44 miles last week, capped off with a 10K road race. 38:17 for 1st in my age group and got 3rd overall in age grading (by a very slim margin, 0.7 seconds, i.e., 0.05%).
