[Fast Eddie]

Easy day. Ran 2K to the subway to head to a downtown hotel to help lead a corporate 3K run. And called it a day after that. New Balance sponsored the run so I got a free pair of $170 1080s shoes, shorts and tech tee.

I set out on a hilly 4.2 mile run and ended up with just under 4 miles. At the top of the last hill my right hamstring started killing me. Walked the rest and I am on RICE. Never had a hamstring injury before. It's not preventing me from walking or anything so I'm guessing I'll be ok with a few days off.
