Another heat warning day. Temps around 95°F. Not as bad as last weekend, and I think I'm acclimatizing more to the heat. 16.66K

3.8 miles recovery and some strides at about 11:00AM. It was relatively warm, 81°F, but it wasn't too humid. My calves are sore from yesterday.

I. 3 hour hike with my sweetie, 7km (1:54 "moving time")

II. 40 minutes mostly downhill recon of upcoming 10k trail race course. (5k total)

25*C (77F), 12K, 2.5hrs.
Excited now about my early August race b/c the downhill portion *might* favor my abilities.
