16.5K semi long run. Decent summer weather out there today.

16 miles on a nearby rail trail. It was very humid, and I was tired by 12 miles and shirt and shorts were totally soaked when I had finished.

Cooler here today at 64° for my 4 miles. Much less sweating.

Ran a race today that was supposed to be a 3 miler but ended up being about 3.2 miles. Finished in 17:42. The roads had been freshly tarred and chipped but the weather was as nice as could be, about 67°F cloudy with a slight mist.
