Had to wait till rains ended late afternoon before getting out. 12.5K


Nice seasonable to a bit cooler weather continues. Legs still a bit tight. Garmin has been telling me to take a rest day for the past couple of days.
If you're not living on the edge, you're taking up too much room.

Nice fall weather, about 72°F and sunny. Ran a 3.5 mile shakeout. Rest tomorrow an ofd 5K race Saturday.
