Took advantage of my day off and got in a nice 8.25 mile run around 11.  Felt great.

Miserable 4 miles. My calves were tight the whole time and I could have laid down and had a nap on the trail.

Blech.

Gorgeous Labour Day Holiday weather. Worked a 5K/8K in the morning. Took a long nap and got out for 12Ks late afternoon. Made ribs for dinner.
If you're not living on the edge, you're taking up too much room.
