10K tempo run, helped out by getting caught in a thunderstorm and bookin' it home.

My achilles acted up while moving out of an apartment into our house over the weekend. Rested Sunday but did an easy double (3.2, 4.5) today  I think it's better and will resume training thi week, although probably no speed work until at least the weekend

Sounds like it's raining everywhere.

7km hike with 230m vert. About 1/3 of it power hike. Nursing a heel injury. Got off the trail before the serious rains hit. 13*C.
