Cold one today at around 18°F windchill. 14.65K

It was about the same temperature here, 20°F and a little breezy. But I did get to run in the daylight so it was a good 6.25 miles. I am definitely feeling better than I had been, the feeling of having done too many squats is almost gone. Going to try running back my 5x1 mile threshold workout tomorrow night.

Ice and snow packed 7 miles on bike paths wrapping around a couple lakes. 17 feels like 3, but the ambient temperature was warmer than it was most of last week so it did not feel too bad.

Warmer today and we're going to get 3-6" of snow later today and tomorrow, that will make the ski trails better but footing a little worse for running.
