Spent the afternoon 30 minutes learning and practicing curling, then 60 minutes playing three ends of curling.


Still too much ice and snow on the roads from yesterday's dump. So 30 minutes on the treadmill in the evening.




If you're not living on the edge, you're taking up too much room.
