Morning 7K run commute in slushy conditions.


Freezing rain, wet snow and hail prevented a run commute home.

It's an ice rink outside with melting snow and freezing rain for the past two days. I ran on an indoor track, 6.2 miles, with 2 mile warm up, a short speed/sharpening session of 2X 600, 4X 200 with a 200 m recovery, and then a bit over 2 for a cool down. Pancake breakfast with friends following the workout.
