4 miles on the treadmill. It was 8°F out with a wind chill of -15 so I figured the treadmill would suffice. Same forecast for tomorrow and I'm supposed to do 12 miles blech

Steady rain today and 49° here in Mill Creek. I did a 3 mile zone 2 run.

Dreadmill here too for a hour. -18°F windchill outside.

[Loco Coyote]

50K xc ski race. Fairly mild/moderate three-loop course with a lot of rollers but also a whole lot flat so you could keep good momentum. 3:08/km (5:11/mile), race went about as well as I could have hoped for. 1st in age group by a decent amount.
