Beautiful blue skies and 45° for the Seahawk fan celebration in Seattle today where they expect a million to show up. Too big a crowd for moi so I did a 5 mile zone 2 run out in the Mill Creek burbs instead. Did wear Seahawk socks though!

Temps just below the freezing mark for the morning and evening 7Ks commute runs.
