Temps were suppose to only hit a high of 45°F, but went up to 55°F. So nice run commutes to work and later home. 7K each way.

It was way too hot for my run tonight. 73°F with a real feel of 74°F.

1.5 mile warm up, 3 x 2 miles at threshold with a walking/standing rest between, And a 1.5 mile cool down. I did the repeats on the track to save my knee. I really kicked my butt on this one and still had to do the farm chores when I got home lol
