Back at it after taking some time off last week to nurse my left calf tightness.  2.3 miles on a chilly, grey, wet day.  Traveling the rest of the week, so won't get another run in until next Monday.  :(

My wife's 3rd day in labor. I got in 6 miles when I was taking care of some farm chores. It was cold and windy, 34°F felt like 27°F.

I got back to the hospital with about an hour to spare to help deliver my daughter.

Thanks! Yeah, things just didn't seem to be progressing at all and I made sure I was back for the next exam then things went quick.
