[Red Tornado]

A rare Saturday run for me.  Foggy and 55F - so perfect weather.  2.5 miles and ever so slowly feeling better on these runs.

Lovely summer like day. Mainly sunny with temps in the low 80°Fs, and just a touch of humidity. Late afternoon run and traffic was light, with everyone out enjoying the weather on foot or bike. Noticed two of the bike share racks I passed were barren of bikes. 14K

Did a double. 6 miles in the morning at a local lake, it was gorgeous compared to the last few days. Then I did 4.5 miles on the treadmill in my hot basement because I was on daddy duties.
