The heat is on even up here in the northern tier, mid-high 90s and humid all week. The mornings have not been too bad, 70s but with high dew point. You just have to adapt and modify your expectations a bit.

I woke up a bit extra early and got in 16 miles on the rail trail. It was only 61°-70°F but that humidity was still at 95%.
