I recently learned you can pop it! OMG, it is beyond delicious! You want to find ones with very small kernals and pop the kernels off with your finger/finger nail into a shallow bowl. Then you blow (outside) the husks out if any got in there and then pop. We used an air popper but my friend used a Whirly Pop. It is so sweet and tender and whatever color the kernel is, the inside of the popped popcorn is that color (purple, red, yellow, etc).
