I have an excellent cracker recipe somewhere that uses cold mashed potato.  I have to dig it out soon because I'm excited to try using my pasta machine for rolling the dough, and with the holidays coming up, I'm thinking I'll colour them with tumeric and cut into stars.

Spice em up and make veggie samosas.

It's good, I promise. Just add milk or chicken broth to thin it out, and add onions, bacon, sour cream and shredded cheese. Save some to put on the top for garnish.

I was gonna suggest soup too. Add turkey broth, bacon and cheese and you have a delicious and filling soup.
