63°F here today. I did a 3 mile interval run today.

7 around the lakes with a couple of friends.

Did my first run in over two weeks, my last being a 5K race on the 4th. I did 2.5 miles, beautiful weather. Body felt decent and my pace was normal but my cardio has suffered.
