Ten miles early, but not butt-crack-dawn early. It was 34 - a little cold and windy but not awful. I kept it fairly easy and felt good at the end so picked up the pace a bit for the last two miles.
Training for Boston starts tomorrow.
6 miles plus foam roller & stretching.
4.5 mile tempo
10 easy miles on the Charles River.
Got my sun & water fix, even in December in New England.
19K. Man did my hips feel tight this morning. Running on some icy and slushy trails did not help.
Yoga this morning - which I badly needed! - and an hour progression workout on the elliptical this afternoon. Longest duration of exercise of any kind since pre-vacation. Ahhh.
7 miles. It was great.
20 miles
"Crosstraining."
Running rest, but painting all friggin' day is going to count for something.
