First day of taper.
Eight miles with 5 x ~600m @ 5K pace (V02 max workout). Felt pretty good but there was a bunch of ice where the snowbanks had melted. 33 windy degrees - hat & gloves & tights still.
Gym stuff & 4 easy miles.
