Hi, J_M.
Rest for me today.
Just 5 here as well.
16 miles on the Charles River. Beautiful day for it. The combination of proper training, hydration/fueling, and pacing sure made it pleasant.
p.s. I realized I consumed at least 40oz of water during that run. Seems like a lot. But it was warm & sunny. And then probably 30 more oz after the run. Does that sound weird?

Hi Johnny_Mik! Welcome. Sundays are long run days for a lot of us. Everyone fits in here, regardless of mileage!

1!
Six miles for me today (longest since achilles issue in July) - conversational pace, but worked a little harder for it. Warm and sunny. Was doing loops around a local park and ducked into the woods for a couple of mid-run miles on a flat trail back there, something different.

Ha thanks. Where do most of you run at (area of the country)? Eastern PA here - just looking for a good group of people to converse with!

I sweat a lot, so I drink a lot. The problem is that I can't drink a lot at a time, so I'll use a Camelbak for longer runs. I'd probably drink at least that much on a 16.
4 miles at the beach
10K on a just a slightly hot day.
Welcome to the forum Johnny_Mik.

what kind of camelback are you using? Mine is uncomfortable, it does not have a waist strap.
5 miles. I did not feel inspired.
12 with alternating one mile hard one mile easier starting at mile 6. It got increasingly hard as the temps rose but averaged 6:30 on the hard miles.
Hoping to get some relief in the next couple of weeks
3 slow, I'm going to try and do my long run tomorrow night.
