It's good to be serious about your rest. :D A recovery walk is a beautiful thing.
Out after a long day in the car, for 4.38 at a quick but easy-feeling pace. Damn, it's good to move after a full day of driving.

60 minutes on the dreadmill. Weather is cool and perfect for running, but hip is not ready yet for the road.
