Did a race routes inspection of a Canada Race I'm organizing. 5K on the run route and 1K check of the Kids race route.

Saturday double day. 6 miles in the pouring rain this morning but it felt great. Then I had to go get blood drawn but just two little vials. Just got back from an easy 4 miles.

14 miles with a couple of friends along the rivers, this kind of kicked off the marathon block.
