We have a second retirement. Michael Rogers has developed a heart problem and is retiring. I think this is effective immediately.

Did you see that riders were paying -- or maybe finding their own sponsors -- for the privilege of riding for Italian teams?

I shouldn't be surprised every time there's a new scandal in cycling but I am.
