Half Marathon, Duluth, MN.

This a high demand race, with 9000 participants this year (it sold out in less than 2 hours last fall).

1:26:30s, which was a little slower than what I was aiming for, but I don't think I could have gone much faster. Did win my age group and overall a good/great experience on a very good weather day.

Nice run coyote! One of my buddies ran the full marathon there today.

I did my Saturday double. 6 miles in town, kinda sore the first couple from last night's interval session, and then 4 miles on the treadmill this evening. Tomorrow I have a 16 miler which will take me to 70 miles this week!
