Busy, long weekend of work, including helping or organizing two races. Body was not happy with me today, so easy, slow 8K. Nice weather at least.

7 miles and strides. My legs were a bit heavy from yesterday's long run and I stupidly chose a pretty hilly run.

It didn't rain during my run but it had all day and it warmed up just enough to be disgustingly humid.
