12.25 at 5:30.  The first six at a faster clip with my friend, and then I dropped her off at home and ran the second six at an easier pace.

10.25 miles on the Charles River.  Very therapeutic, I needed that.

Out for 7.25 with a friend I haven't seen in weeks. Easy pace, good chat. One of those really nice solid runs.

I am with you on the Orlando thing. Was there last year, at a conference.  I could not wait to get back home.
