Eight miles pre-dawn, with 5 x 1000 @ 5k pace. I got my ass kicked but turned out to be an excellent run.

Was supposed to be nine miles but I keep running out of time. I have to be back by 6:45 so i can get my kids up and ready for school.

Got dressed to run this morning, it was too icy. Went out at 4pm, got in 4 miles that felt like garbage. Dead legs, nothing in me.
