7 miles.  Crazy cold wind.  Blech.

Handsome Jack

8 mile gentle jog. Partly sunny, mild.

Rest. I am glad I did my long run yesterday, caito.

Yeah -- it was much more pleasant in the snow yesterday than in the wind today!

15.6 miles in windy conditions. That was my weakest run in a while.

Belgian Lace

4.25.

Cool, overcast, and windy

These days, it's just a pick-your-poison scenario.

23K.  Cold and windy here too.  Where are you Spring?   :foottap:
If you're not living on the edge, you're taking up too much room.

Plugging Along

2 miles in about 18:45. Season best by 1:20, though that doesn't say much.

Hammies feel OK. Feet didn't hurt too much. Lungs bothered me the most.

That is a good sign. It usually takes the lungs about 2 months to strengthen up.
Hopefully this means the lungs are the weak point and the feet and legs are better.
The aches in the back and shoulders have already gone away.
The track has cleared 5 weeks earlier than last year, and January and February suck anyway.
If I get serious now the 16 week layoff might not affect this year at all.

This coming week will see temps holding in the 30s. Spring starts next Saturday.

And some weights after.
