7 miles.   14 degrees at the end of March.   >:( >:(    I fell in a crosswalk.  Minimal bleeding due to being bundled up, but I'll have some nice bruising on my knees and elbow.     Blerg.

Plugging Along

Windy and chilly. 2 slow miles. Usual pains.

Nope, not ice.   Just being clumsy.

Been there, caito.  I'm sorry.  :(

Five miles for me.  19 degrees in my location.  I woke up at 4:15 but just. could. not. get. my. ass. out. the door. with enough time to do what was scheduled (which I will tell you is more than five.)  I also promised waffles and scrambled eggs for breakfast this morning, so had to be back in time to be on enough to do that.

I'm gonna be draggin' ass today.

Ice Cream

6.6 miles. It felt so warm here after a week in Montreal.

Handsome Jack

4 miles. It was an annoying crappy run. I was freezing then I was too hot plus I got lousy sleep last night.

11K for me.  Sunny and just above freezing.  I'll take it.

The scientific consensus might, of course, be wrong. If the history of science teaches anything, it is humility. But our grandchildren will surely blame us if they find that we understood the reality of climate change and failed to do anything about it.
