11K easy just before the cold rains started to fall.  Still not feeling 100%.  Hoarking up phelgm every half K.

Bad chest cold and coughing. I am taking a few days off from running until it clears up.

One mile decent pace, rest, one mile easy.
Felt easy, only a few aches.
4 days of rest/easy has helped.
If the weather cooperates I will try for some speed and longer distance in the coming days.
