5 lousy miles.  ran two and then had to walk 3.  Not a good idea to do runs less than 24 hours apart when you are my age.

5k time trial. It rained and got damp and humid, and my allergies acted up.
Shut it down after 2 good miles, walked a lap, jogged another mile.

8 minute pace didn't feel hard.
