8 miles. Surprisingly, my legs felt tired from a 5k I ran (to say I raced it would be a stretch) a couple of days ago.

Not acclimated to the warmer temps yet.

10-mile heat acclimation run. Worst run in a while. Had a side stitch shooting up through my shoulder and neck, so had to take a walking break until it went away.
