3 gold medals (50, 100, 200 meters) and a silver (long jump) at the Ocean State Sr. Olympics today.  My 100 (13.5 secs hand-times) and 200 (29.4 hand-timed) were my fastest in 6 years.  What artificial hip?

32K for me.  Nice overcast day for a long one.  Two rabbits and five beagles spotted.

Plugging Along

10 miles in just under 90 minutes. Longest run of the year.
Held around 8:50 pace except for the three gatoraid/walk breaks I took.
The foot ached the next day, but so far no big deal.
Saturday's half marathon looks like a go.
Now if only the weather will cooperate.

This run brought my week's total to 32.6 miles.
The highest in 212 weeks.
No kidding.
It was just over four years ago that the first bad injury popped up.

The foot is feeling it, but so far so good. :fingers:
