Is anyone practising for Ladakh marathon

In the Leh Valley in India?

That is a little bit out of the way, so probably not.

And at 2 miles high it would be a tough one.

I would love to run that course - it looks beautiful - crosses the Indus! The first stretch is all sweet downhill but would be a real quad destroyer. The elevation gain is no biggie, but that high up... I am not sure I could do it unless I acclimated for a few weeks beforehand.
