Stayed over at the lake last night and drove home to work early in the morning so no gym today.

6 ok miles. Hot but less humid. Decent breeze. The air was actually breathable.

5 x 1000 meters with 3-minute rests
2-mile cool down

Very hot out: 91F. Ran the 1km's at a heat-adjusted pace.
