As it always happens, we're like 6 weeks out and a runner had to drop. The slot we have open is runner 6, about 4 miles a pop, non-competitive and fun team. You can check out the leg maps with elevation profiles here.

I was overjoyed yesterday at being able to run 2 miles without stopping and I'm still doing it. :d

And I'm the meetup king while living in BFE Wyoming, so none of you bitches have any excuses
