7 miles. In a t shirt. In morning light. It feels like spring!

Had an excellent 4 miles w/my pooch. 
Coz  he's a hound, he usually only good for 11-12 minute miles b/c he's stopping and sniffing so much.  Today, he rocked 10 minutes miles for 3 miles.

I have not logged in anything where I wanted to share in a long time. 

I have put in 21 miles of running so far this week...yes running...S L O W running.  I'm happy with this, as I have not been able to for so very long.  I try not to struggle with pace or lack of.  It's hard when I used to log 8 minute miles and now I'm in the 12s...  But it's a step to something again.  I have even welcomed my sore running legs back.
