I ran yesterday!!!!!

My only other run in 2015 was on January 2nd, when a long history of knee injuries caught up.

My surgery was finally on Sept 4th, and since then I have been in rehab with weights, stationary bike and elliptical.

Yesterday I ran for 35 minutes...on and off with walking. And today there is no pain!!! I am so used to living with pain, I'm still a bit overwhelmed that your knees can feel good every day!

Good for you, I'm just starting back(last 10 days) after a 2 month break.

Injuries suck.

Plugging Along

35 minutes all at once is a pretty big first step. I hope at least half the time was spent walking.

Congrats on rejoining the running community, just in time for winter. :runner:
