How cold it too cold to run w/your dog?

My poor pup has had kennel cough for a bit and couldn't run w/me.  Now he's ready to go again but it's like 20 degrees out.  Is that too cold?  He's a short coated hound mix. 
Then, it's just the ol' squat, catch and pitch...--Makeda

I'd put a sweater on him and go. If he has trouble or appears uncomfortable go home.

That's an interesting chart. My little one starts shivering when it's just cool.
