I just registered for the Pittsburgh marathon.  It's my first full in about 10 years.

Colchester Half Marathon on Feb. 27th.
I hope it's snowing.

Spring = 3/21 - 6/20 or thereabouts.  I'll be going back to sprinting at that point aiming for National Masters Championships in July.  So, I see the CT Masters Games, Mass. Sr. Games, R.I. Senior Olympics and the New England Championships (100 meters, 200 meters, long jump) for those months.

Are you working on your fueling? I know you like to burn the candle at both ends most of the time but being rested will be way more important going into the than race sleep deprived. The good news is that when you reach the point in the 100 miler that you are super tired, you will be able to handle it like a champ!

I've signed up for a 5k in March and a road half in May. I am seriously considering making this year a very low key year. My usual 50k in May might be skipped. I am thinking of only doing the 25k and I don't have to decide any time soon. I also can drive up that day and not make a big deal of it. The only race I will really plan in is a trail marathon in Nov. oh and maybe a race I found on my birthday in October. But shorter distances. I think I deserve a break and my body would appreciate it as well.
