6 miles very slow and easy. Legs tired from the week I guess. Nice sunshine today.

Staying at the Holiday Inn in Seattle. Went down with DW to use fitness center and dreadmill. Got on said device and ran for about 10 minutes when it abruptly stopped. Power seemed off to it and I couldn't get it restarted. There were only two treadmills and DW was happily going on the other one. I finished my workout on a stationary bike. Damn.  Wish I had gone out in the rain...

Sounds like you tripped a breaker in the treadmill (you need to look for the master switch) or the power outlet?

23K for me on a beautiful sunny warm day.  Record breaking temps in the high 60F.  Lots of family and kids out enjoying the early spring weather.  Start of the March break for a lot of schools around here.
If you're not living on the edge, you're taking up too much room.

17.25 miles at 5:30 a.m.  A little achy but not bad.

Utah trails are happy. 'Running' is all relative of course.

I dropped DH off in CT so he could do a point-to-point hike, hiking to his own car. After dropping him off, I went to a quaint, small village to run 6 miles, and then I geocached for 6.75 miles on a trail.  Great day!
