Painfully early 3 miles, my eyes popped open at 6:15 in the am and I couldn't get back to sleep, so i went for a run. :luvcoffee:

5 miles easy. Feeling last night's workout.

I don't mind being awake at 6:15, but this early running stuff is for the birds!

I love it.  Especially when it's dark.  It's just me (and mostly me dog), the quiet, the foxes.  I love running before the sun comes up.

That's why I like running at night.

That's funny.  Different time of day, same affect.   :D
