22K.  Too a while for the heaviness to work out of my legs, but then it turned into a decent LSD run.  Just dodged some heavy showers before and after my run.

Won the 50 meters, and took 2nd in the 100, 200 and long jump in my age group at the Rhode Island Senior Games.
