Was going out for my run when stupid step stone flipped on me going down the stairs, and caught the back of my lower leg.  OUCHIE.  Scraped some skin and tried to walk it off for the next few minutes.  Then went on my run, slooowly.  Calf got a little more progressively sore, so I cut my run to 5.3K.  About half what I was planning.

Currently have an ice bag wrapped to my calf.   :wah:



If you're not living on the edge, you're taking up too much room.
