This is probably old news to everyone else but I spotted these in the refrigerated section of the grocery store the other day and weekend breakfast has never been the same, goodbye Thomas's old dry English muffins.
They get so crisp but remain tender, they are amazing with peanut butter.

does Bay's have the blue print on the packaging? I have found that I prefer the cheap, store brand over Thomas' at this point.

JBM - orange and white packaging.

Bay's is well known in the Midwest (the company started in Chicago) so I grew up with them.

I don't care for our store brand - they don't have the right texture.

Bay's are OK but I prefer Thomas's - Bay's are a little dense for me.

Of course, I am far from an English muffin connoisseur!

I'm not usually a fan of foods where they have tried to create a gluten-free version of a normally gluten-full product.  But I really do like Glutino brand english muffins.  Even if I could eat the regular kind, I would still go with the Glutino brand because they toast up so nicely.  You get lots of crunch without having to incinerate them and none of that soggy/doughy mouth-feel.  Now I want a muffin.

We joke the brand is Gluten No!

I like the nooks and crannies.

Ooh, I'm going to look for those.

I saw these in the super market on Saturday. They were with the refrigerated items. I'm over the nooks and crannies.

I buy the Bay's sometimes.

On tap to try with them is a chili garlic honey (and cream cheese, natch).
Ellen stole my joy and I want it back!
