No, I don't do crossfit.   ;)

I have a few yummy paleo recipes from PaleOMG, and i'm looking for some more.  I'm not adopting a paleo-diet lifestyle, but I find it's food I can make for the week, take to work, and don't have stomach issues.

Any good links?

I find the Nom Nom Paleo recipes to be hit or miss.  Some are delicious and some are boring and bland.

Everyday Paleo is a cookbook I have had success with.

Some of my faves are from taking screenshots of kindle cookbooks on my iPad. If you'd like I can upload them somewhere and give you a link. Or I can put the images in a zip file and send it to you?

I literally have also hundreds of bookmarked recipes so I'll go through those as well.

I love screenshotting :D I get a lot of kindle cookbooks from the library so it's a great way to save recipes and I don't have to buy the book!

Most of these are slow cooker or instant pot (as are the ones above.)

(Sorry if you don't like curry :D)

I'll try to pull some together for you tomorrow.  Generally I wing the savory stuff and use recipes for the sweet but I'm thinking you don't want those?  I've made a few things from "Paleo Comfort Foods" book and really liked them.

I've made this twice now.  Despite my various mistakes and reversals, the final results were fabulous.  If you make this, don't cut up the meat too small.  You want it to be more like chunks than cubes so you can shred it properly.  Also, don't have your InstantPot crap out in the middle of things and refuse to pressurize :yikes:.  Also also, naan (Indian bread) and sliced avocado on the side are good choices.  Otherwise, make this thing as Rx and be prepared for good eats.  Thanks, Rochey!

I don't use that recipe but I make carnitas in my instant pot all the time. The whole family (except me) loves it. But,yeah, I usually do about 1lb of pork shoulder per person and there are never leftovers.

Do you have a recipe or do you just wing it?
