25:18 for about 8:08 pace.
A new SB by 73 seconds.
Closing lap was 1:55

A hard effort but not all out.
The scale read 239lbs after the run.
Most importantly the foot felt fine.
Last year when I ran the foot hurt with every step.

This year, so far so good.
