19K.  Nice and sunny. Some humidity.

7 mile jog/walk/run thing on a track & trails + 10 miles cycling.

Shoulda run, 'twas not feeling it.

[Plugging Along]

7 miles at just under 9 flat pace.
Longest run in 14 months.
Fastest 7 miles in 20 months.

Walked a water break during miles 4 and 6.
Still got season bests for 4 miles, 5 miles, and 7 miles.

Thought about going 8 or 9 miles,
but left hammy and right foot started to ache
during lap 25. Shut it down at 7 to be safe.

Actually felt somewhat easy.
Weighed just under 237 at the end, lightest in 10 months.
Things looking good, as long as my foot still feels OK tomorrow.
